The Miracle of the Burning Crane: In the divided city of Machiryo Bay, corporate giant Sacred Dynamics makes the controversial decision to seize and demolish sacred temples to build branch offices in the service of a new, industrial god. Two agents attempt to do their jobs amidst protest. Two politicians discover they have a lot more in common than they know. Two media hosts discover the consequences of radicalization. In a divided and polarized age- what is the price of industry? Of balance?

TMBC I: Of Prophets, and Protest - Corporate giant Sacred Dynamics begins the desanctification of an old temple, citing government approved eminent domain to build a new branch office. Protests erupt around the divided city of Machiryo Bay.
TMBC II: And to Kill a God - A politician feels helpless against the strain of the industry. A company email suggests several ideas on rejuvenating brand image. The desanctification comes to a close. Arbor reminisces about his past. A protest turns violent.
TMBC III: For What is the Price of a Miracle? - Fundamentalist faiths flare up when a miracle occurs in Hallow Square. Sacred Dynamics improves their margins- but at what cost? A politician discovers their opponent isn't so bad. A judge negotiates finds that he too, has a sacrifice.
TMBC IV: But Please Restrain Your Enthusiasm for Divine Sacrifice - A young ex-priest encounters a bartender. Protests rock the city. Ami has a radical prophet on the show. A young journalist approaches Arbor.
TMBC V: And Let Our Legal Beliefs Cloud our Religious Judgment  - Arbor and Maren go on a date. The Free Orchard carry out an attack. Radio personalities and Harrow define their ideologies.
TMBC VI: In The Great Black Pyramid of Justice - A lawsuit comes to a head- a judge must consider the implications of his decision. Mabel and the Department interrogate the survivors of the attack. Arbor makes a decision, Maren does not.
TMBC VII: This is a City That Forgot the Stars - Ami and Lind discover the consequences of being a media personality. Arbor rejects oppression. Outraged by the government seemingly pandering to the Old Faith, listeners of a radio show storm the People's House.
